Agreements not permanently deleted

Hi Meenakshi,

Thank you for your reply. I will try to be as precise as possible.

My workflow:

1. I accidentally converted a normal PDF to an agreement in Adobe Acrobat. Since it was accidental I wanted to delete it.
2. I logged in to https://acrobat.adobe.com and found my agreement in the folder named Archived.
3. I selected the agreement and expanded the options on the right side and selected Delete. This was on March 23, 2023.
4. A popup showed up saying that a deleted file will be deleted permanently in 14 days. I confirmed by clicking Delete Agreement
   
   

The file is still not permanently deleted and I can't seem to delete it myself. The image below shows the location of the folder and the message that says "Agreements will be permanently deleted from this folder after 14 days".

As you have mentioned, the file is not deleting.

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the folder you are referring to?

Also, share the screenshot where the message says ""Agreements will be permanently deleted from this folder after 14 days"."

Let us know about the workflow from where and how you are deleting the Acrobat Sign agreeements. We will get this checked.
