All Agreements -Status -0 of 1 completed

I have sent an agreement for signature to one of my reps.

The person who I sent the agreement to , received the email and she said she signed it .

But, I am showing that specific document as not signed.

Any advice?

    Can you please send your adobe sign username/email in a message to me (dont post here) so that I can take a look at what might be the issue.
