all of sudden my fill in and sign feature is not working like it used to a week ago. Help

I often at work send out documents for multiple signatures and now when I go to my adobe pro to request signatures it only have sign yourself.  Where it used to say request signatures there is just a big black dot. Help I use this signature feature daily and need it to work for me.
