Allow recipient to host in-person signing

Hello everyone.

We are using Adobe sign for Salesforce. We were wondering if this process flow is possible using Adobe Sign for Salesforce.

Process Flow:

1. Salesforce user sends document for signature to two recipients (Recipient 1 and Recipient 2)
2. Recipient 1 receives the document and opens it on his/her ipad and signs.
3. Recipient 1 then physically hands his/her ipad to Recipient 2 in-person and then Recipient 2 signs.

I have found an option for "Host-signing" but I am still unclear as to what that is. I guess is there a way to allow the recipient 1 to host the in-person signing? Thank you.
