I have sent an 18 pg document for multiple signatures.
After they have been signed by participants, we need to ammend ONE page out of the 18.
Is there a way to change the contents of ONE signed page and have signers resign that ONE page without having to INITIAL and sign the entire 18 pg document?

Please be informed it won't be possible to make changes to existing document as the transaction has been initiated. You will have to cancel the transactions, make the changes & again send the document for signature from scratch.
