An email invitation is sent to the New user

I'm experiencing an issue in Salesforce where a user activates their account by opening an email invitation, but their account status remains as "Created" instead of changing to "Active." Additionally, the "Adobe Acrobat Sign Email Verified" checkbox is still unchecked.
