"An error has occurred"
I called support and was told that Adobe no longer offers phone support for Adobe Sign, and that I would have to email. This is ridiculous. After finally fighting with whomever was on the phone, I finally got someone to agree to "setup a call back", and of course that never happened. I am at my wits end here. When sending a documents for signature, I simply get "an error has occurred. Please try again". This has been going on for a week. We are using Windows Server 2016. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have tried multiple documents.
