Android Help please

Hi, I occasionally need to send a document to sign from a Samsung Galaxy 3 Tablet. I can access Esign and upload the doc but I cannot add a signature box or any other box to the document for sending. Please can you help??

After uploading the document and adding Signers email address click on "Options" -> check-mark " Preview position signature or add form fields" - > Done.

Now click on Send symbol, you will directed to form editing page where you will be able to place fields on the form before sending it Out for Signature.
