Any way to have multiple profiles in Adobe Sign ?

Hi,

I need to be able to send documents to be signed from differnt email addresses. I have multiple companies with different domain names and I am looking for a way to switch profiles when I am in Adove sign. I need the docuemtns to come from me@domain1.com or me@domain2.com when sent. Wondering if there is an easy way to go back and forth, without having to login and log out every time I send a document to be signed.
