Anyone Else having issues with State Law not Authorizing Adobe Sign for Legal Purposes?

Nebraska law does not authorize Adobe Sign and I cannot seem to get an answer from Adobe.  Adobe's own website states, "It is rare to have e-signatures challenged in court.  But if it should ever happen to your organization, Adobe is here for you."  According to the Nebraska Secretary of State's Office, the only authority that is approved in Nebraska is DocuSign.  Are any other states having issues?  Thoughts?  I appreciate any guidance.

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please refer this help document Are electronic signatures legal, eSign Act and more | Adobe Sign to get informaiton on Adobe Sign for Legal.

As the State law is not athorizing it, I would suggest to get in contact with the Adobe Sign team directly.

They will be able to provide the details on this.

I see that you are subscribed to Adobe Sign individual account.

For the subscribed account, find below the steps to contact support:

• Login to your Adobe Sign account directly via Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

• Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.

• It will re-direct you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.

• If you've never logged in this way, use the forgot password option on the login link to set your password.
