Apache Server at na1.documents.adobe.com Port 443

Getting 2 seperate error messages when trying to send out a document using Adobe Sign.

 

This error comes up before you can even add an email/document to send.

Then if you can get it past that point you get this error when trying to send

We were finally able to send a signature request but we have to jump through hoops to do it and if you hit back instead of send it gives the server error message again. We have cleared the Cache and Cookies, signed out and back in, tried another browser and its all the same.
