API Acess point

When sending document for signature it tells me request must be made from correct api access point?? Help how do I change this

We did check your account and you have an Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription.

As you receive the error message when trying to send the document, could you please confirm how are you sending the document?

Are you sending documents for signature via the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or the Acrobat online account?

It would be helpful if you can share the error message you receive.
