API Error

Question

I simply want to sign a document that has been sent to me. However, when I try to log in through the link sent to my email account, an API Error pops up saying that "Access token provided is invalid or has expired.(INVALID_ACCESS_TOKEN)." How can I fix this problem?

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

If you get an error when trying to open the form link in the email you received, please check with the sender of the document. The link may have expired.

Please also check if you can access your account without any issues.
