API error on getDocumentInfo

Hello - I'm using the SOAP API v.20, and am getting an error on getDocumentInfo():

InvalidArgumentException with message 'Incorrectly nested style tag found.'

The document was created by createPersonalWidgetUrl, if that's helpful.

getDocumentInfo works properly with other document keys.

Can you inbox me your registered email address ? Also, did you provide the parent document key of Widget or the document key associated with Signed document?
