API Key? Integration Key?

I have just started to add Adobe EchoSign/ESign functionality to a client's CRM and I can't seem to find my API Key. There are posts from only several days ago saying where to find it in your Developer account, but for me the API Key and/or Integration Key isn't there.

Am I missing something?

Many thanks.

Hello Adrian7983,

In order to have the Integration key link available, you would need to have a Developer/Global account. Then, you can login to your EchoSign account and can go to Account tab->Adobe DC esign API and on top, click Integration Key link to generate the key. If you are not able to view it, let me know!

Hi,

I am having the same issue but because they haven't said how it was resolved, this is useless to me.

Same here. Going in circles trying to resolve this 'where is the link to the integration key for Dynamics CRM"?

How was the problem solved? If the solution is not in the forum then what is the point of the forum? You might as well have email based support only.

Because I am also looking for a solution for the same problem.

I have just been tasked with upgrading an existing application that is currently using the EchoSign15 API to the latest. I have signed up for a developer account to get an API key for testing during my development work. But I am having the same problem as above. I can't find anywhere within the Adobe DC eSign portal where I can get API key.

Regards, Nic

Hi Rijul,

I am pretty certain that I signed up for a Developer account. When I sign in I have an 'Account' and 'API' menu item which doesn't seem to be available to 'regular' EchoSign accounts, but when I go to Adobe DC eSign API I do not have an Integration Key link.

Hello Adrian7983,

I have just sent you a message asking about your email address with which you login to Developer's account. Please don't share the information in public forum.
