API/Redirect URI

I am having a difficult time getting the API between EchoSign and NetSuite to work correctly...The bundle is installed, however I cannot access my document library thru NetSuite...I believe it is due to the OAuth/and the Redirect URI...I have contacted ADobe help twice thru the chat and have been "escalated" twice...with no response since...

    Hi Linda, This is the forum for Business Catalyst API not Echosign. I will look to see if they have a forum and move you there.
