App on iPad loads like webpage

So as per the title, I have the app on my iPhone which loads like the app, and allows for "get signature in person", however when using my iPad Pro, the app just loads up like the webpage, and hence doesn't have the option for sign in person. 

Is there a way to set the native view for iPad?
