Are multiple recipients hidden on to line in Mega Sign?

I need to send a form to over a 100 recipients at once and need for them to complete and sign the form individually.  It seems that Mega Sign can do this using a CSV vile.  My question is what plan do you need to have to do this.  I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC currently.  Also, will they be able to view all the recipients?  Or will they only see that it was emailed to them.  For privacy I don't want others email addresses to be visible.
