Question

Are you guys drunk? Serious question because you are removing the Classic Experience UI

I am honestly worried about Adobe's substance abuse. They keep assuring me that they don't have a problem and they can quit whenever they want to. But then they keep releasing embarassing products and taking away features that people like only to replace them with some of the worst ideas I've ever heard of. This is addictive and destructive behavior and I think we should organize an intervention.

Despite knowing EXACTLY how many users clicked back to the "Classic Experience" from the default "New Experience", they are still going ahead with this anti-user UI where all clicks are multiplied and your normal workflow will be twice as long as it was. Did an Adobe executive watch mad men and thought drinking at work is a good idea? I really have no explanation for the state of Adobe's software offerings other than straight up, drunken stupidity.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised these decisions are coming from the makers of Acrobat! I mean, they screwed that up ROYALLY, even though it seemed like an impossible task many years ago. Forcing bad subscription models on Enterprise users will only last so long if the provided 'software' doesn't even work right - coasting on your reputation from 30 years ago IS NOT A BUSINESS MODEL.

Perhaps we should just let Adobe burn itself to the ground and then just make sure to pour tons of salt on the site to ensure that nothing can grow there again. I mean, we have tried and tried and tried to give them feedback, but clearly all they hear is the out-of-tune Karaoke rendition of "Pour Some Sugar on me" that Tammy from Marketing is 'singing'. Time for some tough love.

@You make bad software maybe it's different for me, because I still use the classic appearance! Likely, you have the 'Enable new Acrobat on' — if it's on, it may say 'Disable new Acrobat?!'

Thank you for your genuine reply to my intervention on Adobe's behalf, but my issue is with Adobe Sign. If you would like to discuss the numerous embarrassing failures that Adobe Acrobat calls "features", I would be happy to do so after you take a field sobriety test (if you work for Adobe) to confirm your mental fitness. I'm worried about you guys over there, making terrible decision after terrible decision. I mean, you had to at least consider that if you continually make software and services that are miserable to use, don't work, are probably haunted (considering the unintended and unrepeatable errors and bugs that occur daily), and irritating to your customers, you will eventually have no customers (or only the ones who are forced to use them by their employers).

Step 1 is to admit you have a problem. Let's start there.
