As of a few months ago, large text boxes now make entered font HUGE rather than auto-scaling it as I type, is there a fix for this?

Before the recent UI update to EchoSign/DC when we entered text into large text boxes on our e-contracts the font would auto-scale to fit into the box as we typed, now however the font is massive and rather than scaling to fit the text box it adds a scroll bar when more text is input, making it near impossible to write out detailing contract information as only a few letters fit on each line, I have contacted Adobe Support and they have acknowledged the issue but after 3 months they haven't fixed the issue, does anyone know a fix for this?

I should add that for these large text boxes I do have the font size set to auto as required,
