Assign multiple fields to a person

It is such a waste of time to double-click on every single box and assign them to a form filler.  I have documents with pages of unassigned fields that I have to assign individually.  The new version included an option to drag and assign all selected fields at once.

Now that the new version is gone, is there a plan to bring the multi-assign feature back?

Hi youthful_happiness5944 ,

Thank you for the information.

It appears that the account settings are configured in this manner. We see that you have an Acrobat Sign Enterprise service plan. Please check with the account administrator if they have made any changes to the account settings.

Ensure that both options are enabled, as shown in the screenshot below:

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Hi youthful_happiness5944,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

As you mentioned above, the feature was there in the new version. Could you please confirm the new version you are referring to?

What do you mean here by "the new version is gone"? Please share more details on what version you are currently using. It would be helpful if you could share the screenshot for reference. Also, please share the steps you used to multi-assign the form fields. We will check with the team.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi,

I am referring to the "new experience" of Adobe Sign.  I used to be able to access the new experience when I went to "Send" a document, with the option to "switch to the classic experience."  Now, the "Send" tab only has the classic experience.

The "new experience" would place fields in the document for me, and I would be able to click and drag over an area, selecting all the fields within the highlighted area.  Then a box would pop up that would allow me to change all of the fields to assign to one person.
