Assigned Agreements Not Appearing in Waiting for You Queue

I recently had 80-90 agreements sent to me through Adobe Sign. While they appeared in my email inbox, none of the agreements appeared in my "Waiting for You" queue. Additionally, they did not appear in my "Completed" queue either. The sender and I cannot figure out why this is occurring.

Please confirm if you are still experiencing issues.

If yes, please check if you can check the correct account. Do you sign in using the same email address on Acrobat Sign on which the email was received?

If yes, did you recently make any changes to the Adobe ID?

The issue still exists. I sign in using the same email address on Acrobat Sign on which my email is recieved. And yes, my IT Department recently made changes to my Adobe ID, but I do not know what they were.
