Assigning a counter-signer within bulk send

When bulk-sending to multiple people, each form needs a countersigner.

Copy of form goes out to multiple recipients via bulk-send (Signer1) and once signed, is sent to a counter-signer (Signer2)

Is it possible to have a counter-signer when using the bulk-send tool?
