Attaching a filled out PDF in Adobe Sign - losing fields

When attaching a filled out PDF with electronic signature to a document in Adobe Sign, the next reviewer can see the attachment and see the electronic signature, but all the fields are now empty.

Please let us know if you are sending the document for signature. If yes, how are you attaching the file to the document?

It seems you are just adding the file to the document ready to be selected. If that is the case, ensure you select the option to keep the prefilled information saved in the file.

If you can share the steps used to attach the document, it will help us to provide you with the correct information.
