Problem #1: Using online version Attachments form field shows up in the "New Experience". But then if I go into editing a form field (like just a text field), when I go back to the main screen the Attachment form field button is gone. 

 

Problem #2: If I am in the "Classic" experience there is no "More Fields" drop down at all. So can't add the attachments field that way.

 

Problem #3: If I add the attachments field via "New Experience" and then send the document for signing - nothing shows up for the person the document is being sent to to attach anything. 

 

I must be doing something wrong! Can anyone advise on what it might be?

We have checked that you are using the Acrobat Sign individual-level service plan. The feature to add attachments is not available with this plan. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4kdYFCT
