Authorisation API Issue

Appy Pie connect is an automation platform. We have integrated Adobe Sign into our marketplace. 

Now facing problem with Adobe Sign Authorisation API. When a user comes in and try to authorise the account it shows different error everytime. 

What could be done in this case??
