Auto detect fields

Hi everyone,

The lines and boxes for filling out are sometimes and sometimes not detected by Adobe Sign. I then have to select them manually, enlarging the edges of the signature box so that it matches the lines. 

Since I send out a lot of documents (of the same format) it would be great to get a better understanding on how the detection works.
