Auto size text in dropdown box on E-sign template

Hello,

I use an E-sign template for contracts at work. Last year when i made the contracts i was able to click on auto size, whether it was a text box or dropdown box and the text would auto size to fill the space. Now, even when i select autosize, nothing is happening. If anyone has any idea why, i'd love to know. There is no option for multi line data entry on the drop down function.
