autofill custom field like names and dates

Hi i just want to disable autofill in the custom field in the template "in names, dates. like i created a custom field to the signer, then when they recieve it the custom field get lost, and then when the approver receive it. it has auto filled. hope i resolve the issue asap.

PLease help me with my issue in adobe esign.. I have a template for signing. And when i send it to the signer. The "Name custom field" get lost and when the signer sign in the Signature field, it will auto fill the moment they sign the document.
