Automate Document to be Signed - HELP

Hi,

I am new to adobe sign and have been using it in its simplest form to send documents out electronically through the admin side/login. My question, I have a sales force of roughly 200 people and we have/created a "sales portal" where sales agents have access to a number of sales and marketing related documents and an important part of our business is getting applications submitted.

The process right now, a sales agent requests an application. Someone from corporate (internal employee) sends the template loaded in Adobe Sign to be completed.

The problem, I do not have staff working 24/7 and the business is growing to a point where I wish there was a way for my sales agents to either access the application themselves (without giving them access to log-on to Adobe Sign) or trigger something which would then send "the desired" application out to whoever they need to send it to automatically, cutting out one of my employees having to be the "trigger" to send the document.
