Automated downloadable report showing what is currently out for signature

Hello All, this is my first post and I am only a week into using Adobe Sign in my new position. No one in my company seems to know very much about the system and are self taught. We put a large number of proejct docs through adobe sign and use it as a review and approve system..

What I am looking for is an automated report showing everything that is currently out for signature that I can download and send out to the team showing the bottle necks.
I can see this on the manage page but I cant see a way to extract the information so that I can share it.

Its probably a really easy thing to do but I just cant work it out.. so any help would be appreciated! 🙂

Hi @IS5FD0,

Good to have you onboard, I am sure you will love Adobe Sign.

We do have reporting capabilities, which yo can find under the Reports tab, next to the manage page.

You can go through the following help doc to know more about the reprorting capabilities of Adobe Sign: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/create-reports.html

Let me know if you have any specific requirements that arent met from under the Reports tab.
