Automatic date entry when signing

When I have signed documents I cannot see signing date.

And this is important for us. How you can see somhere it is possible.

Why I cannot add Date field to my signatures in my profile?

If you use Image signature, the date is NOT shown.

Solution:

1. Create new signature in My Profile > Personal Preferences > My Signature > Create > Draw/Mobile (only)

2. Use it as one shot signature Type/Draw/Mobile
