Automatization of european number and date formats - Adobe Sign

Hello,
I have a reoccuring document that is filled out by dozens of different people and needs to be signed by two. When Adobe Sign reads it, it always has trouble with the european number format as it assumes the american format. The same is true with the date format.

I have tried to use a template from my bibliography but the same errors show up every time, since he reads in the new document in its original format.
Is there the possibility to pre-adjust number and date format?
Any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.
