Bearer: Access Denied error

Question

I receive an email with a PDF attachment and can open/view it on my cell and pc but later (not sure of time frame) I receive the following error, Bearer:Access denied, using Chrome as my browser. Im not the only one this is happening to, several people receive the same email and its also happening to them. Multiple browsers have been tried. Im also unable to download it to attempt to open it. But its odd that I can open it when its first sent.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

If the issue occurs with a particular document, please check with the document's sender.

In the meantime, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Then, use the alternate browser or the new incognito window on Chrome to open the document.

As mentioned, it happens with multiple users. Are you using the service on the work machine? If so, please check with the IT department once.
