Bearer Access Token through API

Hello,

I'm trying to get access token in my application through api call, but every time it is asking me to login at the https://secure.eu1.echosign.com/public/login#pageId::API_INFORMATION. Want to skip this Login Step.

Please Help me how to get the bearer token and refresh token in my api , without redirecting to login page.

Hello,

I Want Bearer Acess token without Using Single-Sign ON (SAML) to integrate with my application through API. Can you please provide me any static key which is equivalent to response code and Web API Client Id which gets genrated through 

https://secure.echosign.com/public/oauth?redirect_uri=https://myserver.com& response_type=code&client_id=CBAThIsIsNoTaReAlmPBvPF& scope=user_login:self+agreement_send:account

want to skip this step. Please Help me how to get the bearer token and refresh token in my api , without redirecting to login page.
