Bei versenden einer E-Signature geht Dropdown nicht mehr uvm.

Question

Hallo liebe Community,

ich stehe derzeit vor folgender Problematik: Ich habe ein PDF-Dokument erstellt, das Dropdown-Felder und automatische Textgrößen in den Textfeldern enthält. Wenn ich dieses Dokument jedoch per E-Signatur versenden möchte, werden die Dropdown-Felder unsichtbar und die Textumbrüche funktionieren nicht mehr. Außerdem passt sich die automatische Feldgröße bei mobilen Endgeräten nicht an.

Hat jemand von euch bereits ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht und weiß, was ich hier tun kann?

Please let us know how you have created the drop-down. Are you creating the PDF from using the Prepare form tool in Acrobat?

Did you send the document for signature using the Acrobat Sign or via other method?

More information about the workflow and the screen shots would be helpful to provide you the correct information.
