I have almost the same question but a bit different: One signer, but 10 different signing fields, but each time the signature has to be different and not the same. How to do it?

    Hi alessandro_8371,

    Thank you for reaching out.

If you mean that you have a one recipient/ email address to send the document, but 10 different people will be signing it. You can use the same workflow. You add the same email to 10 recipients. However, ensure that you assign the form fields accordingly.

In case you are trying to say that you know the email address for one person only, but require a signature from multiple people. Then you can add the signers' names to the respective fields. The recipient can later delegate the document to the next required person for signature. For more information on delegating, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3ZqyQGC

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi

    Hello Meenaksi,

thanks a lot for your response!

Unfortunately you're missunderstanding what I meant.

    1. the recipients are limited to 10 (if I have 11 fields to sign this workaround is not working anymore)

    2. Here in this usecase the signature has to look different each time / it's not allowed to have the same signature in every field. You can imagine like if you print it out and you sign it every time the same signature looks a little bit different, even though it's the same person who signs it.

    3. I prefer a legit solution from Adobe instead of workarounds... But if it's only possible with a good workaround I'm also happy...

    Hi alessandro_8371 ,

    Thank you for the information.

    1. The recipient limit of 10 is due to transaction limitations under your service plan. Please refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3ZnIj1k

We see that you have an Acrobat Standard subscription. That is the reason you are not able to add more than 10 recipients per transaction.

    2. You can enable only the draw signature option for the recipient. So the recipient cannot use the same saved signature, and has to use the draw option to add a signature (same as when you print out and sign it manually).

Please refer to the information on how to change settings for signature here: https://adobe.ly/3ZvnDVb.

    Hope the information helps.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi
