Better Layout on the form fields page

I am an individual user and the layout for the form fields page is a little cumbersome. The form fields page should at have the signatures and initials and even the date fields already "open" and laid out for easy access between required recipients. This will cut down drastically on clicking times. The newly added color tabs to distinguish between recipients is still a good idea but the "open" layout would be even better and much more efficient especially in situations where sending documents in a hurry is needed.
