Blanck screen when sign with outlook addin

When i select "fill and sign" in outlokk/word/excel/..., i get only a blanck popup with URL, and i can't do anything except close the popup. No problem with my connection, i have the same issue with or without my VPN.

The problem appaears only with the outlook addin, all works correctly directly with adobe.

I re-installed the add in, re-installed acorbat DC? still same issue.

Any idea ?
