Oh boy, another issue. WHy is adobe claiming to be blocked by an extension now when I try to toggle on the old manage style? Why can't I open anything? I click on a document and nothing happens other than a new search bar glitching into the top of the page. And this happens all the time now. Why is anyone still using this...

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  The interface is consistently intermittent amongst top 3 web browsers so it would seem Adobe needs to tweak something.

Hi Scottk,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please try to login to your Adobe Sign account via Adobe Document Cloud

Open the link and sign with your email address and password.

Go to "For Signature" and toggle the switch for "Adobe Sign Manage" at the right-hand side to go to the old manage page interface where you will find all your documents.

Check if that helps.

If you still experience the issue, please share the screenshot of the error message you are referring to.

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

We will be waiting for your response.

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Once I closed the CNN website, then deleted all cookies - refreshed adobe sign and it works again. It is related to sites other websites, not just CNN but other sites too - since it happens daily this was the last site I connected that was maybe the problem.
