Bought a small business license for sign but cannot send documents for signature

I am unable to send documents for e-sign because I have insufficient transactions, I have just bought a license to do this but I am still unable to send anything for Adobe Sign.

I am unable to use any of the support features on this website as I am being sent in circles and being asked to login continuously.

Please help as I am at my wits end.
