Bug - Field for required name disappears on e-sign form

Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?  The required name block disappears from the form that my signer receives.  This bug started happening today with the same template that I have been using successfully for the past week.

 

I ran a test sending the same form to myself and received the same error.  Below is a copy/paste from the view of the template that I send out with signature fields:

And this is a copy/paste from the view of the e-sign that I receive (Required Name Field disappears and cannot be entered):

I have not been able to successfully reach Adobe Customer Support.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hello, 

 

Thanks for your posting your question.

 

If you are using the Signer Info Field - Name - then this is the expected behavior. This is a READ ONLY field. This field will take the name value your signer enters into the Signature Field. When using this field, your signers cannot provide a different name than the one they are signing with.
