Bulk download attachments from Adobe Sign

I have an Adobe Sign template that has a field which prompts for a file attachment. I have gathered 100 completed agreements using this template. 

I am able to download the form field data for the template, which includes what appears to be an encrypted alphanumeric string in the "File Attachment 1" field. 

How can I use this information to retrieve the file attachment data? I want to save all of the file attachments in a separate folder on my computer.
