Bulk Send Custom Field

I'm having issues trying to use custom fields from my prepared CSV file. I've followed the instructions, labeling the fields with the same information as from the CSV, but can't seem to figure out how to get the data to populate from the CSV onto the document. Ideally, I would love not only the name, email and signature to be individual for each reciepient, but I would like to be able to include individual information for them on the document as well (i.e. supervisor, assignment, area of expertise).

Please help!

This is for Adobe Sign's Bulk Send feature.

Was this issue ever resolved for you? I am running into the same problem where I have at least 6 columns in my .csv file and I need these variables to be populared in each document.

I can rename the Signer Info fields and but there is only Title, Company, Name, Email, and Date available. Is there not a general Signer Info field that I can rename for each of my columns?

I had a meeting with a customer success represenative and tech consultant and got my answer. Apparently I had the proces completely wrong.

The custom tags are inserted into the original PDF/Word Document before it gets uploaded into Adobe Sign Bulk send. Below are my example tags that I put in the Word Document and then uploaded. The ! makes it so that it is fixed and can't be edited by the signer.

Volunteer Role: {{!_es_volunteer_role}}

Volunteer Date: {{!_es_volunteer_date}}
Volunteer Time: {{!_es_volunteer_time}}

After doing this and matching it to the CSV file exactly, it worked!

Gah! My issue was with Adobe Sign. One of those times when you have the detail in your head but clearly forget to share with others and assume they completely understand what you're thinking. Apologies.
