Bulk send with company pre-sign

Hello, 

I'm looking to send a document to apprx 100 recipients for signature using the Bulk tool.  Is there a way that the company signatory can apply their signature in AdobeSign to all 100 documents, prior to routing to all the recipients?  i.e., without having to click to sign each of the 100 documents individually. 

Or, is the only way to achieve this by inserting a digital image of the signature in word and using AdobeSign to obtain the e-signature only of the other parties.
