Bulk sign - Transaction-based license

Hi all,

I would like to ask with the transaction-based license in Business account (i think the assistant said around AUD $4.5/transaction), we can use Bulk sign feature right? 

What's the minimum limit we can buy? 50 or 100? 

Also how much is the discount level for this license?
