Hi Peter,

I can understand your concern, please be informed that the Old user interface no more provides you the option to Set the reminder after sending the document.

You will have to set up the reminder from the Manage tab in the Old interface or you can switch to the new user interface where you will get the option to set reminder on the Send page.

If you see the "Switch to new user interface" link on the "Send" page then you can click on it to Switch.

Else you can open a Support ticket from your Adobe Sign account with the request to switch your Adobe Sign account to the New user interface.

Regards,

Aadesh

Okay, why is the link/button removed?

I always send the documents from Adobe pdf reader  because Reader remembers the filled in email addresses! The other method (interface) does not remember earlier filled in email addresses!

If they putt this function in the interface it saves a lot of copy and paste!

Thanks in advance!

Peter

Hi peterr96378124

I can understand your concern.

However the request for the "Auto-populate email address in the Recipient" field for new UI has already been forwarded to the Engineering team.

If you would like you can post your suggestion on the Adobe Adobe Sign Community Forums.

- Adobe Sign - General: Top (686 ideas) – Customer Feedback & Ideas - Adobe Sign Electronic Signature Solution

The developers will actively take the ideas that will have the greatest impact and implement them.

Posting your idea there will give this suggestion more steam to get it implemented soon.

Regards,
Aadesh
