Hi JLJacobs,

It seems that you have created PDF in Acrobat and sending it via the Adobe Sign.

Adobe Sign does not support all the form fields that you add in Acrobat. Buttons are one of those fields.

That seems to be the reason that when you upload the document in Adobe Sign the button field does not appear.

However, you may add form fields in Adobe Sign as well. Once you upload the PDF in Adobe Sign, make sure you check the box for "Preview and Add Signature fields" on the Send page.

Refer to the following help document to add form fields in Adobe Sign.

- Add form fields to documents |

Hope the information helps.

Hi JLJacobs,

As shared, buttons created in PDF do not display after processing for signature. How exactly you have created the form, was is through "Prepare Form" feature of Acrobat or is and Adobe Sign form?

Did you check, the buttons are working before processing the form for signature? You need to check button's properties and see whether its label is set or not.

You can refer to the instructions here Text on Submit button not showing up

TEXT LABEL WILL NOT DISPLAY ON BUTTON (PDF Forms)

Let me know the result.

Thanks,

Akanchha
