Question

Calculation in Acrobat Pro disappears when transfered to Adobe Sign

I have a purchase order form with a calculation of the total price. I've made text boxes for the price of each product (formatted as number with currency prefix) and one text box (same format) with a very easy calculation for price*units (as in dropdown). It works like a charm and looks pretty good with the format (see attachment 1) in Acrobat Pro, but when I go to Adobe Sign and try to send the file, all format is cleared and the calculation doesn't work. What can I do?

Thanks for your help!

I have the same issue and would like to bump this. In my case I am sending a form to clients to calculate a "score". The way I see Adobe Sign working is through an email link sent to client, which on clicking opens up Adobe Sign on a web page. In the web version of sign there are no calculations. On my desktop version of the form it calculates perfectly fine. So I can email the form directly to clients to complete but they can't sign (unless using Fill & Sign). So the net effect is Adobe Form with calculation + Adobe Sign = does not work.
