callback to signedDocumentUrl working on dev, not working on production

I'm seeing an issue on our production instance where my callbackInfo->

       signedDocumentUrl does not seem to be firing - it's working on our dev instance, but the same

       signedDocumentUrl request with our production url doesn't even look like it's hitting our server.

Any help appreciated - thx

Confirmed on our server logs - there is no request to signedDocumentUrl being sent to our production server after the document is signed.

Any help appreciated.

Is there any reason the signedDocumentUrl wouldn't be firing a  request after a document is signed?
